Some of the best outcomes happen when you’re pushing creative boundaries, laughing a little, and connecting with others in meaningful ways. Over the years, I’ve noticed a critical gap in how we support current and emerging middle management in truly being leaders. These individuals are the backbone of any organization, yet they’re often promoted without the tools or mentorship needed to lead with confidence and clarity. I’ve made it a personal and professional mission to help bridge that gap—empowering middle managers to not just lead their teams but lead upward to senior leadership in collaborative efforts and laterally across departments. True leadership happens in every direction, and when middle managers are equipped to lead up, down, and in the middle, organizations thrive from the inside out.
