Beyond Burnout is a 90-minute educational and experiential workshop designed for high-capacity leaders, caregivers, and professionals who consistently show up for others—often at the expense of their own well-being. Facilitated by Stephanie Swearington, founder of Swearington Empowered Leadership, this workshop blends leadership education with nervous-system–informed practices to support sustainability, clarity, and grounded leadership.
Participants will gain a practical, accessible understanding of what happens in the body during chronic stress and why traditional self-care alone is often not enough. Through guided nervous system regulation practices and intentional reflection, attendees will learn how to shift out of survival mode and reconnect with their internal capacity.
This workshop is not therapy. It is an educational, supportive experience focused on awareness, regulation, and leadership sustainability using practices commonly applied in wellness and leadership development spaces.
Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace and take what feels supportive. Those seeking clinical or therapeutic care are encouraged to work with licensed mental health professionals.
